From Brasserie 10, we sail over the Noorderplassen in 90 minutes. On the way we pass a protected nature reserve where various birds live. We sail along the uninhabited island with names as "Pirateneiland", "Muiterseiland" en "Isla Bonita". Then we sail along the beautiful houses at the Noorderplassen and back to the restaurant. We sail with the "Bink". This is a former Royal Dutch navy tender, which has been completely restored and has been preserved as a young historical heritage. Much attention has been paid to preserving the original exterior and authentic appearance.
